Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and will remain so throughout the life of your Account.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful for your personal and individual use.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from ikn4d or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of ikn4d or any of its software or game-content suppliers.
• You are not registered on any national or self-exclusion list or database that restricts your ability to participate in online gaming.

ikn4d reserves the absolute right to decline registration or to suspend any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any winnings generated by an ineligible Member — including any minor who has accessed the Platform — are void and will be returned to ikn4d in full.

To access the full range of ikn4d services, you must register a single Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number.

One Account Per Member. ikn4d strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts — whether opened using a different name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all Accounts associated with the same individual will be closed, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any pending withdrawals held pending investigation.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ikn4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify ikn4d immediately at support@ikn4d.club if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. ikn4d will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

KYC Verification. ikn4d may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or at any subsequent point deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits may also be requested. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.

Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds not yet converted to withdrawable Balance will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Currency. All transactions on ikn4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Where a payment service processes a transaction in another currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of processing; any associated conversion fees are the Member's responsibility.

Accepted Deposit Methods. ikn4d currently accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.

Deposit Processing. Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your Account within five (5) minutes. If a deposit is not reflected within thirty (30) minutes, please contact support with your bank transfer receipt or e-wallet transaction confirmation number.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal method must match a payment method previously used for deposit on the same Account, or a verified payment method registered to your identity.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier section.
• Withdrawals of real-money Balance are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during normal operating hours (24/7, WIB). Requests submitted during high-volume periods may take up to 24 hours.
• ikn4d reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers internal risk or fraud thresholds.

Third-Party Payments. Deposits from payment accounts not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. ikn4d will return such deposits to the source account and may suspend the receiving Member Account pending investigation.

ikn4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free-spin equivalent credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and major sporting fixtures including BRI Liga 1 and the UEFA Champions League.

General Bonus Terms. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 10x the combined deposit and bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility is granted. Individual promotions may carry higher requirements — always check the promotion detail page.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless the promotion specifies a shorter validity window. Unused or unconverted Bonus Funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless ikn4d expressly states otherwise.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sportsbook bets typically contribute 100%. Slot titles contribute between 50% and 100% depending on the studio and RTP profile. Live casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and Bingo Online contribute 10% unless otherwise specified.
• Bets placed on events with odds below 1.50 (decimal) or bets constituting arbitrage strategies do not contribute to wagering requirements.
• ikn4d reserves the right to disqualify any Member from a promotion where evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or coordinated exploitation is found.

Bonus Abuse. Actions deemed to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to hedging bets across markets to eliminate risk while accumulating wagering contribution, using automated betting scripts, or coordinating with other Members — will result in cancellation of Bonus Funds, reversal of associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

Sportsbook. All bets placed on the ikn4d Sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. ikn4d offers betting on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and FIFA World Cup), badminton, MotoGP (Mandalika circuit), E-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire), and other sports as listed on the Sportsbook page. Mix parlay (accumulator bets combining multiple selections) and voor bola (Asian handicap markets) are available in accordance with the rules displayed in the Sportsbook section.

Live Betting. In-play bets are accepted at ikn4d's discretion. ikn4d reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets accepted before a market suspension are honoured according to their terms unless the underlying event is abandoned or declared void.

Void Bets. A bet will be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond 48 hours of the scheduled start time; insufficient participants; an obvious pricing or data error; or any other circumstance listed in the sport-specific rules.

Casino & Live Casino. All casino games are supplied by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. ikn4d accepts no responsibility for interruptions caused by third-party game server failures; affected game rounds will be resolved according to the supplier's own dispute resolution process.

Slots. Slot gacor (high-RTP slot titles popular with Indonesian players) and standard slot games are subject to the individual game's paytable and rules as provided by the respective studio. Maximum bet limits apply when a Bonus is active on your Account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ikn4d Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in any of the activities listed below will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct reversed. ikn4d reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software vulnerabilities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games in a manner that circumvents the intended player experience.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime using the ikn4d Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or mathematical errors in game logic to gain an unfair advantage; any such advantage gained must be reported to ikn4d support immediately.
• Posting, transmitting, or otherwise making available any content that is defamatory, threatening, harassing, obscene, or otherwise unlawful through any communication channel connected to ikn4d.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law, or circumventing geographic restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools.

All content on the ikn4d Platform — including but not limited to the ikn4d name, logo, brand identity, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ikn4d or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written consent from ikn4d.
• Use any ikn4d trademark, logo, or brand name in any manner likely to cause confusion or to imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform for commercial or competitive purposes.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by Members regarding the Platform may be used by ikn4d without restriction or compensation to the Member.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ikn4d, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from platform downtime, technical failure, or force majeure events beyond ikn4d's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Interruptions to betting or gaming sessions caused by third-party game provider server failures or telecommunications outages.
• Errors in odds or pricing that are corrected before a bet is settled, provided that the correction falls within the reasonable error threshold defined in the sport-specific rules.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform for purposes other than entertainment.

ikn4d's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits ikn4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ikn4d is committed to protecting the personal information you provide during registration, KYC verification, and ongoing use of the Platform. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data are governed by the ikn4d Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside them.

By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with KYC verification partners, payment processors, and fraud prevention services where necessary to deliver our services and maintain platform integrity.

All data transmissions between your device and the ikn4d Platform are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption. ikn4d does not sell personal data to third-party marketing organisations.

ikn4d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes that affect your rights regarding withdrawals, bonus eligibility, or Account closure — ikn4d will notify active Members by email to the address registered on their Account and will post a notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

For minor or administrative changes (such as clarification of existing clauses, correction of typographical errors, or updated contact details), ikn4d may update these Terms immediately and will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 3.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming regulation and the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which ikn4d holds its operating licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and ikn4d, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents ikn4d from seeking injunctive relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent imminent harm.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
